Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what AI Bulin 47 ("we", "us") collects when you use aibulin47.com (the "Site") and the AI video effect it provides (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
By using the Service you agree to the handling of information described here. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Questions about this policy, a request about your data, or anything else: [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account information. You sign in with Google, and we receive the name, email address and profile picture on that Google account. We never receive your Google password.
- Guest checkout. If you buy without signing in, a temporary guest account is created for your browser. Waffo passes us the email address you enter on its payment page, and we use it to send your receipt, which carries the link that adds your videos and credits to an account you sign in to with Google.
- Your photo. The photo you upload to make a video.
- Your videos. The videos the Service makes for you, kept in your account so you can find them again.
- Support messages. What you send us when you contact support, including the email address you send it from.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, videos created, credits spent, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser, device type, language and time zone.
- Log data. IP address, request timestamps and error traces, kept for security and debugging.
- A device signal for abuse prevention. When you sign in, we compute a browser fingerprint to detect duplicate and automated accounts. It identifies a browser, not a person, and we use it only for abuse checks.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies" below.
Information we do not collect
We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code — payments go directly to Waffo or Stripe. We do not collect biometric identifiers, and we do not run facial recognition on the photos you upload.
What we use it for
- Providing the Service: making your videos, delivering them, keeping them in your account, and metering credits.
- Managing your account, including a guest account, and authenticating you.
- Taking and reconciling payment, and preventing payment fraud.
- Preventing abuse: detecting duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups and attempts to circumvent limits.
- Support: answering your messages and investigating problems you report.
- Improving the Service: understanding which features are used, where people get stuck, and what fails.
- Sending service email — sign-in alerts, receipts, the link that adds a guest purchase to your account, payment notices, and material changes to these policies. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and any marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Meeting legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors below, and only to the extent each one needs.
AI model providers
Your photo is sent to the provider that runs the AI model behind the effect, so that your video can be produced. The effect runs on Wan 3.0 through apimart, and KIE may be used as a fallback. We send only what the render needs — your photo, the effect's built-in clip and the render settings — and we do not send your name or email address with a render request.
Each provider handles the data it receives under its own terms, which we do not control.
Other processors
- Waffo — payments. For orders paid through Waffo, Waffo.com Limited acts as our online reseller and Merchant of Record, and receives the details you enter on its payment page.
- Stripe — payments.
- Cloudflare — serving and protecting the Site, the Turnstile challenge that keeps automated traffic away from photo uploads, storing your photo and your videos, and sending our email.
- Hosting — the servers that run the Site, and a managed PostgreSQL database that holds your account, credit balance and render history.
- Google — sign-in with Google, and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity — product analytics, including session recordings that capture pointer movement, clicks and scrolling on the Site. Clarity masks text input by default. If you would rather not be recorded, see "Your rights and choices" below.
- Team messaging — a notice to our team when an order is paid, with the order details and the buyer's email address.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate a serious breach of our Terms of Service or to protect someone from harm.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for three things:
- Necessary — keeping you signed in or keeping your guest account on this browser, remembering your language, and carrying the anti-abuse challenge. The Service does not work without these.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, as described above, and our own measurement of visits.
- Preferences — remembering choices you have made on the Site.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break sign-in and video creation.
How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account exists, and for a short period afterwards to handle billing disputes and legal obligations.
- Your photo and your videos — kept in your account until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment records — as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years.
- Logs and analytics — a rolling period, normally no more than 26 months.
When we delete your information, anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.
- Access, correct or delete — write to [email protected] and we will action it, including deleting your photo and your videos. You can also delete your account in your account settings; account deletion is permanent.
- Opt out of session recording — Microsoft Clarity honours the browser Global Privacy Control signal and Do Not Track setting; you can also block
clarity.msat the browser or network level. - Opt out of analytics — block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
- Unsubscribe from email — use the link in the footer of any non-transactional message.
International transfers
We and our processors operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in jurisdictions with different data protection law. Where such a transfer happens we rely on the safeguards our processors have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, access control on our infrastructure, private storage for your photo and your videos, and payment data held entirely by our payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.
Children
The Service is for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information we will give notice on the Site before it takes effect.
