Terms of Service
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to AI Bulin 47, an AI video effect available at aibulin47.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which govern your use of the Site and of everything the Site provides (the "Service").
Please read these Terms before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site or the Service.
If you have questions about these Terms or about anything we offer, read our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, or write to us at [email protected].
The Service
The Service is one AI video effect. You add one photo, and the Service makes a 15-second video that puts the person in your photo into a viral street-freestyle clip, with the clip's original footage and original sound built in. You choose 480p, 720p or 1080p before you create the video.
Videos are produced by Wan 3.0 (Alibaba), a third-party AI model run for us by third-party model providers. We may change the model or the provider that runs it as providers change what they offer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement. If you are using the Service for a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Accounts
You can buy credits and create videos without registering: a temporary guest account is created for your browser. After you pay, the receipt email carries a link that adds your videos and credits to an account you sign in to with Google, so you can open them on any device. Accounts are created by signing in with Google.
You agree to give accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure — including your Google account and any browser that holds your guest account — and for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Credits and payment
The Service is metered in credits. One video costs 375 credits at 480p, 500 credits at 720p and 1,480 credits at 1080p, and the cost is shown before you submit.
Credit packs
Credits are sold only in one-time packs: 500 credits for $9.90, 1,100 credits for $19.90, 2,400 credits for $39.90 and 4,400 credits for $69.90. Prices are in US dollars. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews. Credits from a pack are valid for 365 days from purchase.
Any credits we grant as a promotion have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash or for paid credits. We may revoke credits granted for free where we detect duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups, fraud or other abuse.
Charging and failures
Credits are held when you submit a video and are charged when the render succeeds. If a render fails at the model provider, the held credits are released back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact support for a failed render.
A render that completes is charged even if you are unhappy with the result; a result you do not like is not a failure of the Service.
Downloads
A video made by an account that has never bought credits carries a watermark and cannot be downloaded. Once an account has bought credits, its videos can be downloaded as the clean file, without the watermark.
Prices and payment
Payments are processed by Waffo or by Stripe. Orders paid through Waffo are sold by our online reseller Waffo.com Limited, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles order-related inquiries and returns for them. We do not receive or store your card number. By providing payment details you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the price of the pack you buy.
We may change prices and packs. A change applies to purchases made after it takes effect.
Refund eligibility is set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Your content
Ownership
You keep ownership of the photo you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may keep and share the videos the Service makes for you. The built-in clip and its original sound remain the property of their respective owners. In these Terms, "Your Content" means the photo you upload and the videos made from it.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including for holding the rights to the photo you upload.
Photos of people
Upload only a photo of an adult (18 or older) that you have the right to use. Before you create a video, you confirm in the generator that you have the right to use the photo and that the person in it is 18 or older.
The licence you give us
To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, reproduce and display Your Content, and to send your photo to the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of producing and delivering your videos, keeping them available in your account, and supporting and securing the Service. This licence lasts as long as we hold the content and ends when the content is deleted.
We do not use Your Content to advertise the Service without your permission, and we do not sell it.
Content you may not create or upload
The Service is for adults only. The following is prohibited:
- Illegal content — anything that promotes, enables or takes part in illegal activity, including fraud and the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Photos of anyone under 18 — every person in a photo you upload must be 18 or older.
- Sexual content involving minors — under no circumstances, in any form, including stylised or animated depictions. We report this to the relevant authorities.
- Explicit or adult content — nude or sexual photos, sexualised depictions of real people, and gratuitous violence or gore.
- Another person's likeness without permission — including a photo of someone who has not agreed to its use, and impersonation meant to mislead, defraud or harass.
- Hate, harassment and incitement — content that attacks or degrades people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic, and content that targets an individual or group in order to harass, threaten or bully.
- Self-harm — content promoting or glorifying suicide, self-harm or other dangerous behaviour.
- Intellectual property infringement — content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Deceptive content — output presented as a real recording, as human-made, or as endorsed by a real person or organisation when it is not.
- Privacy violations — content that exposes someone's personal information without their consent.
- Spam, malware and phishing.
You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service; not to use bots, scrapers or other automated systems to access the Site; not to resell or redistribute access to the Service as if it were your own; and not to interfere with the Service or the infrastructure behind it.
Report prohibited content
Anyone, including people without an AI Bulin 47 account, can report suspected prohibited content — an uploaded photo or a video made with the Service — by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Content report". Use the same channel to report impersonation, privacy violations or infringement of your rights.
Please include the content URL or generation/task ID if available, a description of the issue and the rule or right you believe is violated, and an email address where we can contact you. Include relevant context or supporting evidence where safe to do so. Do not download, attach or redistribute illegal material; provide its location or identifying information instead. You do not need to access another person's account to make a report.
Content review and report handling
AI Bulin 47 handles content reports through support-led human review. Our review process is:
- Receive and assess. We review the report for enough information to locate the content and assess the concern. We may ask the reporter for missing details. Reports involving suspected child exploitation, credible threats or other serious harm are prioritised; access to relevant content or accounts may be restricted while we investigate.
- Investigate. We assess the available content, relevant generation records and supporting information against these content rules. Where needed to investigate or restrict content, we may coordinate with the model or hosting provider. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Decide and act. If we establish a violation, we may remove or restrict content and warn, suspend or terminate the responsible account, depending on the severity and repeated nature of the violation. Serious cases may be referred to the relevant authorities. If the evidence does not establish a violation, we may take no action or request further information.
- Respond and reconsider. Where we have contact details, we communicate the outcome to the reporter and, where appropriate, the affected user, subject to privacy, security and legal restrictions. To appeal a decision, reply to the notification or email [email protected] with the subject "Content appeal", identifying the content or decision and explaining why it should be reconsidered. We review the explanation and any new evidence and communicate the outcome.
Review time depends on the urgency, available information and complexity of the case. This email channel is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Enforcement
We may remove or restrict content that breaks these rules, immediately and without prior notice, and we may suspend or terminate an account that does. Where a breach is serious we may report it to the relevant authorities. Credits are not refunded on an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
Our intellectual property
The Site, the Service and the software, text, layout, graphics, logos and trademarks we provide in them belong to us or to our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond what is stated here. "Wan" is the mark of its owner and is used to identify the model the Service runs; its owner does not endorse this Service. The names of the people in the built-in clip, including Bulin 47, are used only to identify the clip the effect is based on and do not indicate any endorsement of this Service.
Any feedback or suggestion you send us about the Service may be used by us without restriction and without any obligation to you.
Availability, warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Generative models depend on third-party providers, and a provider's capacity, pricing or availability can change without notice to us.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Unused credits are forfeited on termination unless the Refund Policy says otherwise. Provisions that by their nature should survive — payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice on the Site before it takes effect.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreement about it. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
